BACKGROUND The origin of Omniscient Builders began in early 60's when Permaline Group of Companies arrived in the Philippines. Felomino R. Caburnay worked in the said company as a Supervisor for several years. After working for various building related companies, Felomino decided to use his skills as a glazier, along with his knowledge of sales and purchasing, to establish F. R. Caburnay Company in 1978. Initially, Felomino started as the sole sub-contractor of Philippine Glazing Corporation and worked there for several years. When Hooven Philippines Inc. and Arlo Aluminum Company started business in the Philippines, Felomino was hired as their contactor, respectively. During those years, Felomino used to bring with him, his son Romeo D. Caburnay, then in his teenage years to assist him in his projects. While studying, Romeo was tasked to supervise, coordinate and implement the project according to the plans and details. Romeo had worked in the VCF Construction Corporation as a Project Engineer and after his father's death, he established Omniscient Builders contracting business. After a few short years upon the formation of the company, Omniscient Builders is already considered experienced in the fabrication of aluminum, glass, and composite cladding to meet specific architectural concepts and general facade requirements. Still today Omniscient Builders continues to be involved in the manufacture, fabrication, processing and installation of a diverse range of products. In the year 2015 Omniscient Builders proudly entered its 10th year of operation and industry experience.
